- Click on “Sign Up.” You can sign up using Google, Facebook, or your name and email address. (Make sure to check your email and confirm your sign-up).
- Once logged in to your account, click on “Create WishList or select from a ready made WishList.”
- Enter your WishList name (e.g., “Ballet Shoes,” “Baseball Mitts,” or “Birthday Party”), a brief description, and an image.
- Add the emails or phone numbers of friends and family you want to invite.
- Choose whether to mark it as “Public” or “Private” under “WishList type.”
- Start shopping and interacting with your friends and family!
- Open your WishList and select the invite icon.
- Click the “Invite” button to add emails or phone numbers.
- Your friends and family will receive an invitation link to join.
- Click on the product that you wish to buy.
- It should open up the product page on the retailer’s site.
- Add the product to the cart.
- Check out through the retailer.
- Repeat this process with the other products if they are with other online retailers.
Yes! As long as your WishList is public, you can share it on social media by selecting the arrow button to share it on your favorite platforms.
If an item in your WishList is not visible, an invited guest may have deleted it if you gave them permission to do so. As the owner of a WishList, you can always edit the permissions given to anyone by going to settings. You’ll see this option at the bottom; be sure to save any changes made.

- Click “Forgot password.”
- We’ll send you a link to the email address you used to create your account so you can change your password.
There are no fees to use CoCarting.
Yes, absolutely! You can create as many WishLists as you need for different occasions, events, or shopping categories. This allows you to keep your shopping organized and focused. For example, you might have separate wish lists for your birthday, home renovation projects, and holiday gift shopping.

- Go to your account settings
- Click on “Notification Preferences”
- Here, you can choose which types of notifications you’d like to receive (e.g., new comments, item additions, or votes)
- You can also set how you’d like to receive these notifications (email, push notifications, or in-app alerts)
Remember, you can always adjust these settings for individual WishLists as well.
Currently, direct integration with other platforms or registries is not available. However, you can easily share your public WishLists on various social media platforms or via email. We’re always looking to improve our service, so integrations with other popular platforms may be available in the future.
We take the safety and comfort of our users seriously. If you encounter any inappropriate content or behavior:
- Click the “Report” button next to the content in question
- Select the reason for your report from the dropdown menu
- Provide any additional details in the text box provided
- Submit your report
Our moderation team will review your report promptly and take appropriate action.
There’s no strict limit on the number of items you can add to any wish list. However, to ensure optimal performance, we recommend keeping your lists to a manageable size, typically under 500 items. If you find yourself needing more than this, consider creating multiple themed lists for better organization.
